If required, we can automatically generate an MS Access database using the metadata information in the formats file generated by the ExportR run
Text fields greater than 256 are allocated the memo datatype and those less than 256 are allocated a text datatype with a field size equal to the dictionary field size or the maximum field size, whichever has the greater value
We also provide a program to load and reload the exported data to the MS Access database
The load software can be applied regardless of subsequent changes to MS Access table names, table structures, field names or datatypes
Fields that fail validation during the data load are logged
